My aviation work combines legal, commercial, and program-management experience on complex airport capital projects.

I advise on consultant and construction contracting, procurement, FAA grant and regulatory requirements, project governance, change management, and coordination among airport owners, engineers, contractors, consultants, and governmental stakeholders.

This work gives me practical experience with the legal and commercial issues that arise during the planning, procurement, design, construction, and operation of public infrastructure.
