Airport Program Management Experience

My work in the aviation industry combines legal knowledge with hands-on project management experience. While attending law school, I worked with an aviation consulting firm that contracted as Program Manager for several airports in the United States, where I functioned as a project manager.

In this role, I assisted with the firm's operations management, business compliance, corporate filings, and registered agent documentation, ensuring the company’s internal practices met all regulatory and reporting requirements.

Beyond corporate matters, I gained practical experience managing active airport projects—coordinating with engineers, airport executives, and local governments to ensure capital improvement programs progressed smoothly and complied with federal and state grant funding requirements. I also maintained project documentation consistent with airport governance standards, including contract amendments, work authorizations, and change orders.
