Elizabeth interned with a federal judge in the Eleventh District in Tampa. This internship provided insight on the daily operations of a federal courthouse, including settlement approvals, criminal hearings, civil discovery hearings, mediation, and more.

This internship demonstrated the daily functions of a judge in state court. Elizabeth attended multiple in-person and virtual trials and hearings. She conducted legal research and drafted Legal Memorandums for a judge.
